Budget terms, please read them carefully as by making the payment for all of them you are agreeing the bellow information, and you will be sure that in the end you will be happy with our service.


a) We will provide two proposals (unless quoted) for the logo design and make changes according to customer feedback;

b) All files will be provided after the final design in web / print format;


a) The client must provide the texts and images (photos) that are related to the project / company in question and it is his responsibility to properly manage his website (do not use images from third parties without the proper licenses).
– We can make some texts but it is always up to the client to deliver the main information in order to be able to execute the project because without that we may not understand what he is doing.

b) The customer must provide (unless budgeted):
– Logo with transparent background or vector .ai / .eps;
– Access to Hosting (CasuloDaWeb.pt / cPanel / etc);
Files can be uploaded via wetransfer.com

c) Quote conditions:
– Maximum of ten pages, if not explicit in the budget;
– There will be no custom features that go beyond service planning;
– Paid plugins, if necessary, must be provided by the customer due to their licenses;

d) Support will be provided up to 30 days after completion of development. This support does not include corrections of problems (bugs) or bad changes that the customer has made, but is based on errors or flaws that can be found in the development platform, excluding the used framework (theme) and sgc.
We are not responsible for problems caused by irresponsible updates or maintenance done by the customer or third-party programmers.

e) The platform used by default is WordPress (or another such as Magento, Drupal, etc). It’s up to your community to deal with, solve or improve your platform (core). Platform, extensions, frameworks and the like are governed by their own licenses.
– It is understood by this that WordPress (or another such as Magento, Drupal, etc) is just the content management platform.
– All of our clients’ websites are tailor-made, that is, each one has a different website and we do not copy and adapt it for others.

f) Usually we use a pre-existing theme (structure) for our projects, this allow us to provide a better and faster service to a client, rather than wait weeks/months for a project that will require a lot of maintenance and will be much more expensive.
If there are problems and/or bugs that we cannot solve, we will contact the support of that theme and if it takes too much time we will find another solution.

g) Up to 1 hour of online or physical training will be given on how the platform works and content editing if requested until the end of the project, otherwise we assume that the client will not change the website.

Failure to comply with the above terms leads to termination of support.


a) All budgets above 50 euros require an initial payment of 50%, with very few exceptions.
– The last 50% must be paid up to 5 days site is online/live/delivered.

b) If you are within the European Union (Euro €), payment must be by SEPA (bank transfer);

c) After paying the award amount, we will start organizing the information, requesting the necessary elements so that we can proceed with the project;

d) Our receipts have 0% tax (VAT / VAT);

e) The amount paid in advance acts as a sign that, in case of cancellation after the start of the project, we will not refund because time has already been invested in it, whether in the design or development part.
If the amount was paid but no work was done, the customer can request a refund up to 14 days (calendar).

f) The Web Development part can be put on hold while the client chooses the proposed logo;

g) Whenever information is missing from the customer or third parties, the deadline for completing the project remains on stand-by until everything is sent, or, until the deadline of 1 month (after that we will consider the project finished and adjust the remaining values depending on the percentage of work carried out) to prevent abuse.

All our deadlines are met as long as we have the necessary information to carry out the project.

h) In case of lack of respect on the part of the client and/or disruption of work, we reserve the right to terminate the project immediately. No reversal of any amount.

i) All requests must be made via email in order to be registered.
– Whatsapp and phone calls will only be used for requesting/receiving documentation and/or information.

j) It can only be removed from the budget (amounts) if there is mutual agreement and it no longer makes sense to carry out that part of the work.

k) It’s up to the client to know the legal obligation for his business. Like if it’s required complaint book or other things.
