Filipe Santos has been both reliable and helpful. His communication skills are strong and when he explains technical details he is able to make the layperson understand easily. Before releasing my new WordPress theme I’ve contacted Filipe and asked him if he could test and debug it to see if there are any glitches or shortcomings.
